human rights violations by the hindu banya

A letter highlighting communal violence in India has been sent to me by one of my respectable reader from Sikh community. The same is being published here for joining the voice of poor victims of state terrorism in India. UNO, international community and civil societies of the world should come out and condemn Indian state terrorism against minorities.

Room: XXII
Place: Palace des Nations
Date: 15th March, 2012
Time: 16:00 – 18:00
Chairman: Dr Charles Graves
SPEAKERS: Professor Athawala Indira Wishwarao, University of Poona, PUNE, Mr Dino Dean Gracious (Christian Indigenous Community), Professor Dilip Kumar Behera (Dalit Community), and Dr Awatar Singh Sekhon, The Sikh Educational Trust and Editor in Chief, International Journal of Sikh Affairs ISSN 1481-5435
CONTINUING CHRONIC PROBLEMS OF THE SIKH NATION: The Sikh nation, PUNJAB, The Sikh Raj, had been the First Sovereign and Secular nation of South Asia of a monarch Ranjit Singh, 1799 to 14th March 1849. On this fateful day of 14th March 1849, the forces of the british empire defeated the Sikh nation. On 29th March 1849 the british empire’s viceroy Lord Dalhousie made a radio announcement from Rawalpindi (now the twin city of Rawalpindi and Islamabad, Islamic Republic of Pakistan) that the Sikh Raj, PUNJAB of monarch Ranjit Singh is “annexed” but not amalgamated to the British Empire, for administration purposes only. The Sikh Nation remained “annexed” until the agent of the British India Empire, the successor of the British East India Company, handed over the political reign of the British India to unelected Brahmins-Hindu leaders of their Indian colony. The Sikhs have been continuing their “Struggle To Regain the Lost Sovereignty of the Sikh Nation, for their Independence and Political Power, by peaceful means as taught to them by the teachings of their Sikh Guru Sahibaans, Guru Baba Nanak Sahib to Sahib Guru Gobind Singh ji and The Sikh Traditions, along with the Sikh War Code (Professor Gurtej Singh 2012, J Sikh Affairs 22, 1- , ISSN 1481-5435), ever since the day they lost their sovereignty to the British Empire.
On 15th August, 1947, within two hours of getting the reign of their free India, the Brahmins-Hindus leadership, they ‘robbed’ the Sikh Nation, PUNJAB of Sikhs, which never became known until a next few weeks. Exactly, 7-wwek following the independence of India, the Brahmins-Hindus, who had been ‘subservient’ to the Afghans, Mughals, Sikhs, British, Portuguese, etc, for more than 3,500 years, a trio of CL Trivedi, JL Nehru and VB Patel, circulated their circular to the Deputy Commissioners of Punjab, that the “Sikhs are a lawless community, dangerous to the law-abiding Brahmins-Hindus.” The first victim of their circular had been Sirdar Kapur Singh, a University of Cambridge student, ICS (Indian Civil Service), MP, MLA and the National Professor of Sikhism. The person who not only ‘rejected’ the Indian Constitution of 1950, on 6th September, 1966, in the Lok Sabha alias the parliament of the Brahmins-Hindus of India, but called the document ‘curate’s, stink heavily and unfit for the human consumption, because it is devoid of nutritious values. This had been the fourth time when the Sikhs’ elected representatives ‘rejected’ a document, prepared to rule the Brahmins-Hindus country, but not the non-Brahmins, including the Sikhs of Punjab of 15th August 1947. Since 1950, the Sikhs have been ruled heavy handedly and without any constitutional power. The very document of 1950, which is known as the Indian Constitution 1950, swallowed the Sikh Religion, the 5th largest religion of the world and culture as well, called the Sikhs as ‘long-haired Hindus’, the Hindus who had been subservient before they received the reign on the platter to rule India. What a deceit, betrayal, broken political promises of the Brahmins-Hindus of India. The deceitful Brahmins-Hindus who have been trying to destroy the Sikhs and the Sikh religion for over five and one-half centuries, unsuccessfully.
The question arises why these Brahmins-Hindus have been doing so? Simple answers to this question is their own criminal activity to make the Sikhs criminals and declaring through their circular the ‘Sikhs are a lawless community,
and dangerous to the law-abiding Hindus’ (on 10th October, 1947)
Why did the Brahmins-Hindus of 15th August 1947, made the Sikhs ‘criminals’ and declare ‘a lawless community, to the law-abiding Hindus-Brahmins’? A very good question to drive the Sikhs out of the political arena, to take them the courts of law and swallow them, their Holy Scripture, Guru Granth Sahib, the Sikh Code of Conduct, to compel them to commit suicide, to destroy their all means of agricultural professions, etc.
As Criminals are dealt in the Court(s) of law, the Brahmins-Hindus rulers of India of 15th August 1947 made the Sikhs criminals and let them harass them as long as they are exhausted and meet their own death. The politicians, Brahmins-Hindus, do not have to meet the Sikhs, to resolve the Sikh Nation’s chronic problems, to tell the sufferers (Sikhs) how could, we the masters and politicians of free India, we meet you, face to face, as you are criminals and we are the ruling politicians of India. You, the Sikhs, are not our political foe but are criminals; as such, go to our courts and get judgment of your concerns, provided the Hon justices would like to consider your concerns. Yes, for us politicians, you (the Sikhs) are criminals and ‘…dangers people to law-abiding Brahmins-Hindus, the i. e., high caste, caste people and us.
We have been smarter than you, the Sikh, we the Brahmins-Hindus, have politicized the country’s judicial system, the justices of Supreme and High courts and lower courts have to serve the (corrupt, immoral, unethical, criminal, etc.) politicians. Our courts cannot go against us as far as the Criminal Sikhs, Muslims, Christians and other minorities are concerned. It does not matter if a lost person in wilderness; for example, Honorable Justice A Qadri of the Gujarat State High Court said in 2002, during the Genocide of Muslims of Gujarat, that “Article 14A of the Indian Constitution was rendered ineffective.” Yes, we the spineless and morally corrupt politicians of India know it very well how to make the Home, Defense, Information, Foreign ministries and their personnel corrupt. They have to serve us, the Brahmins-Hindus politicians. If an honest person like Mr Justice A Qadri makes some odd observation and/or comments, which cares in the Brahmins-Hindus-turbaned Brahmins Congress or the saffaronized right wing political parties.
Next to criminalization and a lawless community dangerous to the law-abiding Hindus-Brahmins is in order to ‘exterminate the Sikhs of the Sikh Nation, ‘robbed’ Punjab of 15th August, 1947, no constitution rights to the Sikhs, had been to wage an ‘undeclared’ war on the Sikh Nation in the form of a brutal military “Operation Bluestar” of June, 1984. Further to ‘extermination’ of Sikhs, the Darbar Sahib Complex, Amritsar, including the Supreme Seat of Sikh Polity, The Akal Takht Sahib, all religious and political institutions (Gurdwaras or the Houses of God) were bombed or destroyed, to (i) destroy the Sikh culture, (ii) Sikhs’ Punjabi language (Script Gurmukhi) and (iii) the Sikh literature. More than 170,000 innocent Sikhs (infants, children, females, males, elderly, etc.) were butcher between 1st and 7th June, 1984. Since this ‘undeclared’ war, a total of over 100,000 innocent Sikhs have been slaughtered, in order to complete the wishes of the Brahmins-Hindus and their bootlickers turbaned Brahmins, like Prakash Sinh Badal, Chief Minister, the occupied Sikh Nation by the Brahmins-Hindus alleged Indian democracy alias autocracy. It should be noted that the Brahmins have had never been the followers of democracy. So much so, MK Gandhi had advised the British Empire’s one of the prime ministers to follow adolf hitler of the Nazi Germany in the times of the WW II. The occupied Sikh Nation had been a Concentration Camp in the days of the ‘undeclared war in post-”Operation Bluestar” era in 1984.
Sardar Jaswant Singh Khalra: A human rights activist of the Akali Dal-Badal Private Limited, Incorporation was deliberately killed by Punjab police, because he had submitted a list of 50,000 Sikhs cremated at several places following compilation of the list to Punjab High Court. Police official, supposed to have committed suicide after torturing and killing Mr Khalra had warned that if he submits the list to the High Court, he would not hesitate to one more number (50,000 plus 1) to the list of Mr Khalra.
The gross violations of human rights, persecution, torture, staged encounter killings of Sikh youth, cultural, educational, social and political genocides have been the common practices of the New Delhi administration (NDA) and the administration of Punjab State. Police, armed and investigational personnel employed have been virtually ‘devoid’ of human rights.
Fate of the Sikh Prisoners: More than 10,000 Sikh prisoners have been languishing in the high security jails in Punjab and outside, i. e., jails in other states. Children born to imprisoned couples have been named as Jail Singh or Jail Kaur, respectively.
Some prominent figures who became victims in post-”Operation Bluestar” era of June, 1984 have been Sardar Simranjit Singh Mann, a former M P, Bhai Daljit Singh Bittu, his associates, Bhai Balwant Singh Rajoana, Bhai Dilavar Singh Babbar, Bhai Dilavar Singh Hawara, Bhai Parmjit Singh Bheora, Bhai Devinder Pal Singh Bhullar, to say the least. Bhai Balwant Singh Rajoana’s date to send him to gallows is set for 31st March 2012. He did not ask for any mercy plea and forbid his family or any other Sikh to do so on his behalf. He told the court bluntly that he would love to go to gallows for the Sikh cause, i.e., the Sovereignty of the Sikh Nation, Punjab of 15th August 1947. He told the court that he does not need any attorney to plead his case, as he himself knows what he is up to. He would like to break the chains of the ‘Brahmins-Hindus’ slavery. Sovereignty of the Sikh Nation is his birthright. He is looking forward to go to gallows as an initiated Sikh. He did asked the Head of The Akal Takht Sahib to initiate him. His request has been granted in the jail where he is kept. He refused bluntly to meet with a delegation of Sant Samaj, on the grounds that the members of this delegation are aligned with the administration of a turbaned Brahmin of the Sikh Nation, Prakash Sinh Badal. He further made it clear that nothing will deter him to go gallows. Another Sikh, Devinder Pal Singh Bhullar has already been on the death row for the last couple of years, for the crime he did not commit.. Although a mercy plea has been entered to the Supreme Court of India and the President of India as well. Both have rejected his pleas. It should be mentioned that the High Court of Punjab’s bench found him ‘not guilty’ (a bench decision, 2 out of 3), but the Supreme Court’s verdict was to reinstate his capital punishment. This makes it crystal clear that there are two different laws. One is for the Sikhs and Muslims and other for the Brahmins-Hindus. A Sikh or Muslim can never be pardoned, as is the case of Afzal Guru of the IDA:JK (Internationally Disputed Areas of Jammu Kashmir, under the Indian occupation since 28th August, 1947) his behalf by his family, certain Sikh organizations and the Sikh Diaspora. Beside harassment by the state- or BJP-sponsored parties members, the Sikh prisoners have been ill treated, every time during their court appearances. By and large, the courts advance their appearances further by setting some future date for hearing, so that they could be kept in jails and harassed until the judgments are delivered.
On the other hand, one Kishori Lal killed over 20 Sikhs in the Genocide of Sikhs in November, 1984. He was found guilty and sent for life imprisonment. About two weeks ago, he was released from an Amritsar jail on the ground of good behaviour. Does this not evidence that a Hindu can be given parol and pardon, but a Sikh, Muslim, Christian or non-Brahmin-Hindu cannot be pardon even though he is not guilty (please see Devinder Singh Bhullar’s case who is on the death row).
Punjab River Waters and the By-products: It sad and highly disappointing that the Sikhs have no control over the Sikh Nation’s river waters, electricity produced from hydro dams. Punjab’s farmers are suffering from the water for their agricultural crops and electricity is denied to them, as it is taken to other provinces and the NDA. There has been no compensation to Punjab for their river waters and the electricity.
It is amply clear unless it is proven otherwise that the ‘Brahmins-Hindus alleged Indian administration is all out to strangulate the Sikhs of the ‘robbed’ Punjab of 15th August 1947.
It should be noted that since an ‘undeclared’ war on the Sikhs in June 1984, the Punjab river waters are heavily polluted with ‘uranium’, river waters are unfit for human consumption and its usage is not good for the irrigation of the agricultural crops. Uranium pollution has been causing cancer and cancer-like ailments in all over PUNJAB, especially in the Malwa belt. The author is of the strong opinion that deliberated usage of armed armament by the ‘Brahmins-Hindus Indian armed personnel used highly toxic substances in Punjab, the Sikh Nation, to pollute Punjab’s environment and river waters, to kill the citizens of the ‘robbed’ Punjab of 15th August, 1947. It is a part of punishment by the Brahmins-Hindus to the Sikhs, who ‘rejected’ the Indian Constitution 1950, in 1948, 26th November, 1949, 1950 and 6th September, 1966, in its draft and final forms, in Lok Sabha alias Indian Parliament, by the Sikhs’ elected representatives, Sardar Hukam Singh, Sardar Bhupinder Singh Maan and Sirdar Kapoor Singh, ICS, MP, MLA, National Professor of Sikhism. They all were the Sikhs’ members of parliament.
Hond-Chillar Genocide of Sikhs of 1984: The Sikhs of village Hond-Chillar of Rewari, Haryana were burnt alive and their remains had been found in 2011, more than 26-year post-”Operation Bluestar” of June 1984 and the Genocide of Sikhs of November 1984.
A Sikh gentleman completed the story and disseminated worldwide, using Internet services. He was arrested by the police and kept in jail for six months until a court found him ‘not guilty’. He has been released about 2-3 weeks ago. Consequently, he lost his employment while in jail. His parents’ home was broken in, his father’s cycle was stolen, utensils of his household were taken away, without any crime (www.facebook.com/several groups).
Suicide of Sikh Farmers: The Sikh farmers are heavily taxed, made poor and driven to commit suicide, for not paying tax funds. Since an ‘undeclared’ war of June 1984, committing suicide by more than 275,000 farmers considered as the greatest tragedy in Punjab. The community that was boasted as the ‘bread basket’ of the ‘Brahmins-Hindus’ democracy or democracy!

HAFIZ MOHAMMAD SAEED,the real hero of pakistan

Breaking its silence on the U.S. decision to announce a $10 million bounty for the arrest and conviction of Jamaat-ud-Dawa (JuD) chief Hafiz Saeed, Pakistan on Wednesday evening said it would prefer to receive concrete evidence to proceed legally in the matter instead of engaging in a public discussion on this issue.
In a statement issued here to a slew of queries on the bounty announcement, the Foreign Office said: “In a democratic country like Pakistan, where the judiciary is independent, evidence against anyone must withstand judicial scrutiny.”
As for Saeed, he remained gung-ho — sarcastically seeking the bounty for himself at a crowded press conference in the garrison town of Rawalpindi, while the JuD has decided to approach the court to seek protection for him under the Constitution.
He warned India of dire consequences for its illegal occupation of Kashmir ,adding, it would be forced to leave the territory soon.  Giving India MFN status is not correct in any way because there are already big issues that have not been resolved; including the Kashmir issue, he added. He further said that dams were being built by India on Pak rivers that would create a water crisis in Pakistan. India alongwith Israel and US, he said had been working on a strategy to counter the freedom movement in Held Kashmir. Terming the role of Kashmir Committee as disappointing, he said: ‘the statement of the Committee Chairman about trade with India is unacceptable’ He said that India would face the music for its acts of violence in Held Kashmir.Rejecting western democratic way of government, he said: ‘We should adopt Islamic political system instead’.  Responding to a query about International aid, he said: ‘The US and the West have been using the International monetary institutions for their vested interests’.saeed made the remarks while adressing a news
conference with other leaders of the Defa-e-Pakistan Council (DPC) at Flashman Hotel in the garrison city of Rawalpindi, located a short distance from the Pakistan Army's General Headquarters.
This is his first press conference after American administration offered a reward of 10 million dollars for him on Monday.
He even taunted the US to give him the bounty offered for him under the Rewards for Justice programme, saying he would inform American authorities about his whereabouts.
"I am not hiding in caves and mountains, I am here in Rawalpindi," he said.
Saeed offered to make public his itinerary for the next few days, saying he intended to travel to Narowal in Punjab later in the day and then go to Lahore on Thursday.
He even claimed that if the US gave him the bounty, he would use the money in the impoverished province of Balochistan and account for its expenditure.
Reiterating his claim that the JuD and its workers had no links to the 2008 Mumbai attacks, he contended that there was no evidence against him.
He dismissed allegations about his involvement in terrorism as "Indian claims that are part of media propaganda".Saeed further clarified that Pakistan's Supreme Court had upheld an order of the Lahore high court that cleared him and his organisation" after the interior minister had approached the apex court."The JuD is a relief organisation working across Pakistan and there are no restrictions on it,
It is unfortunate that the US does not accept Pakistani courts. It is not even ready to accept Pakistan. The US is today bowing before India and speaking its language," he said.
Saeed pledged to continue the DPC's movement to prevent the reopening of Nato supply routes to Afghanistan, claiming such a move would allow the US and India to increase their "interference" in Pakistan.
"The US has become blind due to its hatred for Islam... My death will be decided by Allah and not the US," he said.
Saeed said no one from the government had contacted him regarding the US bounty though it was the duty of the administration to look after all Pakistani citizens.
DPC chief Sami-ul-Haq said the foreign ministry's silence on the US bounty for Saeed was deplorable.
Haq, often described as the "father of the Afghan Taliban", said the DPC would continue its protests against the US and not give in to any pressure.
The US state department has included Saeed, also the founder of the Lashkar-e-Taiba, among the five most wanted terrorists.
Saeed's case is unusual as he is not in hiding, unlike the other wanted men, including al Qaeda leader Ayman al-Zawahiri and Afghan Taliban chief Mullah Mohammad Omar.
After the news of the US bounty broke in Pakistan, Saeed appeared on talk shows on most of the leading Pakistani news channels on Tuesday night.

america is burried in DEBT

When most people think about America’s debt problem, they think of the debt of the federal government. But that is only part of the story. The sad truth is that debt slavery has become a way of life for tens of millions of American families. Over the past several decades, most Americans have willingly allowed themselves to become enslaved to debt. These days, most of us are busy either going into even more debt or paying off the debt that we have accumulated in the past. When your finances are dominated by debt, it makes it really hard to ever get ahead. Incredibly, 43 percent of all American families spend more than they earn each year. Even while median household income continues to decline (now less than $50,000 a year), median household debt continues to go up. According to the Federal Reserve, median household debt in America has risen to $75,600. Many Americans spend decades caught in the trap of debt slavery. Large numbers of them never even escape at all and die in debt. It can be a lot of fun to spend lots of money and go into lots of debt, but it can be absolutely soul crushing to toil and labor for years paying off those debts while making others wealthy in the process. Hopefully this article will inspire many people to try to escape the chains of debt slavery once and for all.
Because the truth is that the American people need a wake up call. Consumer borrowing rose by another $19.3 billion in December. Right now it is sitting at a grand total of $2.5 trillion according to the Federal Reserve.
Overall, consumer debt in America has increased by a whopping 1700% since 1971.
We always criticize the federal government for going into so much debt, but we rarely criticize ourselves for our own addiction to debt.
Debt slavery is destroying millions of lives all across this country, and it is imperative that we educate the American people about the dangers of all this debt.
The following are 30 facts about debt in America that will absolutely blow your mind….
Credit Card Debt
#1 Today, 46% of all Americans carry a credit card balance from month to month.
#2 Overall, Americans are carrying a grand total of $798 billion in credit card debt.
#3 If you were alive when Jesus was born and you spent a million dollars every single day since then, you still would not have spent $798 billion by now.
#4 Right now, there are more than 600 million active credit cards in the United States.
#5 For households that have credit card debt, the average amount of credit card debt is an astounding $15,799.
#6 If you can believe it, one out of every seven Americans has at least 10 credit cards.
#7 The average interest rate on a credit card that is carrying a balance is now up to 13.10 percent.
#8 According to the credit card calculator on the Federal Reserve website, if you have a $10,000 credit card balance and you are being charged a rate of 13.10 percent and you only make the minimum payment each time, it will take you 27 years to pay it off and you will end up paying back a total of $21,271.
#9 There is one credit card company out there, First Premier, that charges interest rates of up to 49.9 percent. Amazingly, First Premier has 2.6 million customers.
Auto Loan Debt
#10 The length of auto loans in America just keeps getting longer and longer. If you can believe it, 45 percent of all new car loans being made today are for more than 6 years.
#11 Approximately 70 percent of all car purchases in the United States involve an auto loan.
#12 A subprime auto loan bubble is steadily building. Today, 45 percent of all auto loans are made to subprime borrowers. At some point that is going to be a massive problem.
Mortgage Debt
#13 Total home mortgage debt in the United States is now about 5 times larger than it was just 20 years ago.
#14 Mortgage debt as a percentage of GDP has more than tripled since 1955.
#15 According to the Mortgage Bankers Association, approximately 8 million Americans are at least one month behind on their mortgage payments.
#16 Historically, the percentage of residential mortgages in foreclosure in the United States has tended to hover between 1 and 1.5 percent. Today, it is up around 4.5 percent.
#17 According to Dylan Ratigan, 46 percent of all mortgaged properties in Florida are underwater, 50 percent of all mortgaged properties in Arizona are underwater and 63 percent of all mortgaged properties in Nevada are underwater.
#18 Overall, nearly 29 percent of all homes with a mortgage in the United States are underwater.
#19 If you can believe it, the mortgage lenders now have more equity in U.S. homes than the American people do.
Medical Debt
#20 Medical debt is a major problem for a growing number of Americans. One study discovered that approximately 41 percent of all working age Americans either have medical bill problems or are currently paying off medical debt.
#21 Sadly, the number of Americans that are protected by health insurance continues to decline. An all-time record 49.9 million Americans do not have any health insurance at all right now, and the percentage of Americans covered by employer-based health plans has fallen for 11 years in a row.
#22 But even if you do have health insurance, there is still a good chance that you could end up with huge medical debt problems. According to a report published in The American Journal of Medicine, medical bills are a major factor in more than 60 percent of the personal bankruptcies in the United States. Of those bankruptcies that were caused by medical bills, approximately 75 percent of them involved individuals that actually did have health insurance.Student Loan Debt

#23 Total student loan debt in the United States is rapidly approaching 1 trillion dollars.
#24 If you went out right now and starting spending one dollar every single second, it would take you more than 31,000 years to spend one trillion dollars.
#25 In America today, approximately two-thirds of all college students graduate with student loan debt.
#26 The average student loan debt load is now approximately $25,000.
#27 After adjusting for inflation, U.S. college students are borrowing about twice as much money as they did a decade ago.
#28 One survey found that 23 percent of all college students actually use credit cards to pay for tuition or fees.
#29 The student loan default rate has nearly doubled since 2005.
#30 Student loans made to directly to parents have increased by 75 percent since the 2005-2006 academic year.
At this point, most Americans are up to their eyeballs in debt. According to a recent study conducted by the BlackRock Investment Institute, the ratio of household debt to personal income in the United States is now 154 percent.
Our entire economy has become based on credit.
Do you need a car?
Just get an auto loan.
Do you need a house?
Just get a mortgage.
Do you need to fill up your house with stuff?
Just get a credit card.
Do you need an education?
Just get a student loan.
In fact, if you are anything like a typical American, you probably have a mortgage you can barely afford, you probably have at least one auto loan, you probably have several credit card balances and you probably have a student loan that you deeply regret.

PAKISTANI BALOCH WERE NEVER VICTIMIZED,a warning to the zionist pakistani media

Pakistani journalists and commentators are unknowingly repeating lies which anti pakistan elements use for propaganda. Our media must remember two points: how resources are equally distributed and that the economic mess is the work of politicians and terrorists in the province.
pakistani media and commentators are repeating a mistake and accepting it as truth. That mistake is the myth of victimization of our Pakistani Baloch in their homeland, Pakistan

Unfortunately, our media promotes these lies and our enemies in two foreign countries then use it to weaken us and mislead our young Pakistani Baloch.
To start, the myth revolves around the idea that Pakistani Baloch are or were deprived of state resources and were not allowed to manage their affairs.
Exactly how Pakistani Balochis received an unfair deal is never spelled out in any detail. But the accusation is leveled with confidence as if it’s true.It is time to break this myth.
FACT ONE: balochistan receives more share in state resources. With less thanfive per cent of Pakistan’s population, the southwestern province receives nine per cent of the total federal funds allocation. How can this be a raw deal?
FACT TWO: balochistan resources are used in the same way that resources of all other provinces are used. The rules for this are laid down in the Constitution and are same for all the provinces, as they should be. If the provincial government of Balochistan or local politicians feel the rules are not fair, they can approach thesupreme court with relevant proof for redress. This is an option that was never exercised because there’s no case.
FACT THREE: Balochistan province lags behind in the areas of security, education, healthcare and jobs. But all of these subjects fall under the purview of the provincial government, which has always been in the hands of Baloch politicians. If blame is to be assigned it should be laid mostly, if not completely, on persons that have ruled the province as representatives of the Pakistani Baloch. These rulers of the province include those terrorists who are today working with united states and India to spread terror in southwest Pakistan.
FACT FOUR: Terrorists working with foreign powers have destroyed Balochistan’s economy. By resorting to terrorism in collaboration with foreign powers, the few traitors acting in the name of Baloch people have killed or scared away most of the teachers, doctors and professional Pakistanis in the province. Both Baloch and non-Baloch professional Pakistanis avoid the province thanks to these terrorists. No sane person is going to even think of making an investment in the province in the conditions that these terrorists have created. Thousands of jobs have been lost because of schools, hospitals and business closures and prospects for the future rendered dim. This is not the work of the federal government or any of the other Pakistani provinces. This mess is the creation of these terrorists who also happen to be sons of two or three tribal chiefs.
The great Pakistani Baloch must realize that the people who have created the present situation are not their friends and do not have their best interest at heart. Most of them have sold their souls to foreign governments or, at best, are in it for themselves. The rest are too gullible or ill-informed and have fallen prey to a false sense of injustice which is not helping the cause of Balochistan province or of Pakistan.

the judiciary of islam

The Khilafah’s judiciary is responsible for issuing judgments that are enforced by the state. Its responsibility covers three main areas:

1. Settling disputes between people
2. Preventing whatever may harm the rights of the community
3. Settling the disputes between people and any person who is part of the government, whether the Khaleefah, his cabinet, civil servants or any other person.1

Types of Judges
There are three types of judges each responsible for one of the areas above.2

1. Qadi (judge) - responsible for setting disputes between people
2. Muhtasib (inspector) – responsible for settling any breach of law that may harm the rights of the community
3. Qadi Mazalim (Government Investigations Judge) – responsible for settling disputes between the people and the government

The Qadi
The evidence for the Qadi is derived from the actions of the Prophet (saw) when he appointed Mu’adh ibn Jabal to Yemen as a Qadi.

Narrated Mu’adh ibn Jabal: Some companions of Mu’adh ibn Jabal said: When the Messenger of Allah (saw) intended to send Mu'adh ibn Jabal to the Yemen, he asked: “What will you do if a matter is referred to you for judgement?” Mu’adh said: “I will judge according to the Book of Allah.” The Prophet asked: “What if you find no solution in the Book of Allah?” Mu’adh said: “Then I will judge by the Sunnah of the Prophet.” The Prophet asked: “And what if you do not find it in the Sunnah of the Prophet?” Mu'adh said: “Then I will make Ijtihad to formulate my own judgement.” The Prophet patted Mu’adh’s chest and said “Praise be to Allah who has guided the messenger of His Prophet to that which pleases Him and His Prophet.”3

There are seven conditions for the post of Qadi.4 These are:

1. Muslim
2. Free
3. Mature
4. Sane
5. Just (‘Adl)
6. Faqih (learned scholar)
7. Aware of how to apply the rules to the events

Therefore the Qadi can be a man or a women.

The Qadi can only pass judgment in a judicial court. This is derived from the following hadith.

Narrated Abdullah ibn az-Zubayr: “The Messenger of Allah has ordered that the two disputing parties should sit before the judge.”5

The Presumption of Innocence exists in an Islamic judicial court where the defendant is innocent until proven guilty. The responsibility of providing the evidence is on the plaintiff (the one who initiates the law suit) not the defendant. This is derived from the following hadith.

The Messenger of Allah (saw) said: “It is the plaintiff who should provide the evidence, and the oath is due on the one who disapproves.”6

Different types of courts can be established depending on the case. There can be specialist courts for financial disputes or family disputes. There can also be different levels of courts depending on the nature of the crime. Al-Mawardi mentions the following example from Basra in Iraq.

Abu ‘Abdullah Az-Zubayri said; ‘For sometime, the ‘Umara here in Basra used to appoint a judge at the central Masjid (Al-Masjid Al-Jami’), and they called him the judge of the Masjid. He used to judge in disputes involving sums not exceeding twenty Dinars and two hundred Dirhams, and he used to impose Nafaqah (maintenances). He would not exceed his boundaries nor the duties entrusted to him.’7

the zionism of ROTHSCHILDS

Could gaining control of the CENTRAL BANK of the Islamic Republic of Iran (CBI) be one of the main reasons that Iran is being targeted by Western and Israeli powers? As tensions are building up for an unthinkable war with Iran, it is worth exploring Iran’s banking system compared to its U.S., British and Israeli counterparts.
Some researchers are pointing out that Iran is one of only three countries left in the world whose central bank is not under rothschild control. Before 9-11 there were reportedly seven: afghanistan, Iraq, Sudan, Libya, Cuba, north korea and Iran. By 2003, however, afghanistan and Iraq were swallowed up by the rothschild octopus, and by 2011 Sudan and Libya were also gone. In Libya, a Rothschild bank was established in Benghazi while the country was still at war.
Islam forbids the charging of interest, a major problem for the Rothschild banking system. Until a few hundred years ago, charging interest was also forbidden in the christian world and was even punishable by death. It was considered exploitation and enslavement.
Since the rothschilds took over the bank of england around 1815, they have been expanding their banking control over all the countries of the world. Their method has been to get a country’s corrupt politicians to accept massive loans, which they can never repay, and thus go into debt to the Rothschild banking powers. If a leader refuses to accept the loan, he is oftentimes either ousted or assassinated. And if that fails, invasions can follow, and a Rothschild usury-based bank is established.
The rothschilds exert powerful influence over the world’s major news agencies. By repetition, the masses are duped into believing horror stories about evil villains. The Rothschilds control the bank of england, the federal reserve, the European Central Bank, the IMF, the world bank and the Bank of International Settlements. Also they own most of the gold in the world as well as the London Gold Exchange, which sets the price of gold every day. It is said the family owns over half the wealth of the planet—estimated by Credit Suisse to be $231 trillion—and is controlled by Evelyn Rothschild, the current head of the family. (Continued under ads)
Objective researchers contend that Iran is not being demonized because they are a nuclear threat, just as the Taliban, Iraq’s saddam hussain and Libya’s Muammar Qadaffi were not a threat.
What then is the real reason? Is it the trillions to be made in oil profits, or the trillions in war profits? Is it to bankrupt the U.S. economy, or is it to start world war 3? Is it to destroy Israel’s enemies, or to destroy the Iranian central bank so that no one is left to defy Rothschild’s money racket?
It might be any one of those reasons or, worse—it might be all of them.

the capitalists plan for a new world order

When the Industrial Revolution began in Britain, in the late 1700s, there was lots of money to be made by investing in factories and mills, by opening up new markets, and by gaining control of sources of raw materials. The folks who had the most money to invest, however, were not so much in Britain but more in Holland. Holland had been the leading Western power in the 1600s, and its bankers were the leading capitalists. In pursuit of profit, Dutch capital flowed to the British stock market, and thus the Dutch funded the rise of Britain, who subsequently eclipsed Holland both economically and geopolitically.
In this way British industrialism came to be dominated by wealthy investors, and capitalism became the dominant economic system. This led to a major social transformation. Britain had been essentially an aristocratic society, dominated by landholding families. As capitalism became dominant economically, capitalists became dominant politically. Tax structures and import-export policies were gradually changed to favour investors over landowners.

It was no longer economically viable to simply maintain an estate in the countryside: one needed to develop it, turn it to more productive use. Victorian dramas are filled with stories of aristocratic families who fall on hard times, and are forced to sell off their properties. For dramatic purposes, this decline is typically attributed to a failure in some character, a weak eldest son perhaps. But in fact the decline of aristocracy was part of a larger social transformation brought on by the rise of capitalism.

The business of the capitalist is the management of capital, and this management is generally handled through the mediation of banks and brokerage houses. It should not be surprising that investment bankers came to occupy the top of the hierarchy of capitalist wealth and power. And in fact, there are a handful of banking families, including the Rothschilds and the Rockefellers, who have come to dominate economic and political affairs in the western world.

Unlike aristocrats, capitalists are not tied to a place, or to the maintenance of a place. Capital is disloyal and mobile – it flows to where the most growth can be found, as it flowed from Holland to Britain, then from Britain to the USA, and most recently from everywhere to China. Just as a copper mine might be exploited and then abandoned, so under capitalism a whole nation can be exploited and then abandoned, as we see in the rusting industrial areas of America and Britain.

This detachment from place leads to a different kind of geopolitics under capitalism, as compared to aristocracy. A king goes to war when he sees an advantage to his nation in doing so. Historians can ‘explain’ the wars of pre-capitalist days, in terms of the aggrandisement of monarchs and nations.

A capitalist stirs up a war in order to make profits, and in fact our elite banking families have financed both sides of most military conflicts since at least World War 1. Hence historians have a hard time ‘explaining’ World War 1 in terms of national motivations and objectives.

In pre-capitalist days warfare was like chess, each side trying to win. Under capitalism warfare is more like a casino, where the players battle it out as long as they can get credit for more chips, and the real winner always turns out to be the house – the bankers who finance the war and decide who will be the last man standing. Not only are wars the most profitable of all capitalist ventures, but by choosing the winners, and managing the reconstruction, the elite banking families are able, over time, to tune the geopolitical configuration to suit their own interests.

Nations and populations are but pawns in their games. Millions die in wars, infrastructures are destroyed, and while the world mourns, the bankers are counting their winnings and making plans for their postwar reconstruction investments.

From their position of power, as the financiers of governments, the banking elite have over time perfected their methods of control. Staying always behind the scenes, they pull the strings controlling the media, the political parties, the intelligence agencies, the stock markets, and the offices of government. And perhaps their greatest lever of power is their control over currencies. By means of their central-bank scam, they engineer boom and bust cycles, and they print money from nothing and then loan it at interest to governments. The power of the elite banking gang (the ‘ba
The End of Growth – Banksters vs. Capitalism

It was always inevitable, on a finite planet, that there would be a limit to economic growth. Industrialisation has enabled us to rush headlong toward that limit over the past two centuries. Production has become ever more efficient, markets have become ever more global, and finally the paradigm of perpetual growth has reached the point of diminishing returns.

Indeed, that point was actually reached by about 1970. Since then capital has not so much sought growth through increased production, but rather by extracting greater returns from relatively flat production levels. Hence globalisation, which moved production to low-waged areas, providing greater profit margins. Hence privatisation, which transfers revenue streams to investors that formerly went to national treasuries. Hence derivative and currency markets, which create the electronic illusion of economic growth, without actually producing anything in the real world.

For almost forty years, the capitalist system was kept going by these various mechanisms, none of which were productive in any real sense. And then in September 2008 this house of cards collapsed, all of a sudden, bringing the global financial system to its knees.
If one studies the collapse of civilisations, one learns that failure-to-adapt is fatal. Is our civilisation falling into that trap? We had two centuries of real growth, where the growth-dynamic of capitalism was in harmony with the reality of industrial growth. Then we had four decades of artificial growth – capitalism being sustained by a house of cards. And now, after the house of cards has collapsed, every effort is apparently being made to bring about ‘a recovery’ – of growth! It is very easy to get the impression that our civilisation is in the process of collapse, based on the failure-to-adapt principle.

Such an impression would be partly right and partly wrong. In order to understand the real situation we need to make a clear distinction between the capitalist elite and capitalism itself. Capitalism is an economic system driven by growth; the capitalist elite are the folks who have managed to gain control of the western world while capitalism has operated over the past two centuries. The capitalist system is past its sell-by date, the bankster elite are well aware of that fact – and they are adapting.

Capitalism is a vehicle that helped bring the banksters to absolute power, but they have no more loyalty to that system than they have to place, or to anything or anyone. As mentioned earlier, they think on a global scale, with nations and populations as pawns. They define what money is and they issue it, just like the banker in a game of Monopoly. They can also make up a new game with a new kind of money. They have long outgrown any need to rely on any particular economic system in order to maintain their power. Capitalism was handy in an era of rapid growth. For an era of non-growth, a different game is being prepared.

Thus, capitalism was not allowed to die a natural death. Instead it was brought down by a controlled demolition. First it was put on a life-support system, as mentioned above, with globalisation, privatisation, currency markets, etc. Then it was injected with a euthanasia death-drug, in the form of real-estate bubbles and toxic derivatives. Finally, the Bank of International Settlements in Basel – the central bank of central banks – pulled the plug on the life-support system: they declared the ‘mark-to-market rule’, which made all the risk-holding banks instantly insolvent, although it took a while for this to become apparent. Every step in this process was carefully planned and managed by the central-banking clique.

The End of Sovereignty – Restoring the Ancien Régime

Just as the financial collapse was carefully managed, so was the post-collapse scenario, with its suicidal bailout programs. National budgets were already stretched; they certainly did not have reserves available to salvage the insolvent banks. Thus the bailout commitments amounted to nothing more than the taking on of astronomical new debts by governments. In order to service the bailout commitments, the money would need to be borrowed from the same financial system that was being bailed out!

It’s not that the banks were too big to fail, rather the banksters were too powerful to fail: they made politicians an offer they couldn’t refuse. In the USA, Congress was told that without bailouts there would be martial law the next morning. In Ireland, the Ministers were told there would be financial caos and rioting in the streets. In fact, as Iceland demonstrated, the sensible way to deal with the insolvent banks was with an orderly process of receivership.
In his book, Confessions of an Economic Hit Man, John Perkins explains how the third world has been coerced over the past several decades – through pressure and trickery of various kinds – into perpetual debt bondage. By design, the debts can never be repaid. Instead, the debts must be periodically refinanced, and each round of refinancing buries the nation deeper in debt – and compels the nation to submit to even more drastic IMF diktats. With the orchestrated financial collapse, and the ‘too big to fail’ scam, the banksters have now crossed the Rubicon: the hit-man agenda is now operating here in the first world.

In the EU, the first round of nations to go down will be the so-called PIGS – Portugal, Ireland, Greece, and Spain. The fiction, that the PIGS can deal with the bailouts, is based on the assumption that the era of limitless growth will resume. As the banksters themselves know full well, that just isn’t going to happen. Eventually the PIGS will be forced to default, and then the rest of the EU will go down as well, all part of a controlled-demolition project.

When a nation succumbs to debt bondage, it ceases to be a sovereign nation, governed by some kind of internal political process. Instead it comes under the control of IMF diktats. As we have seen in the third world, and is happening now in Europe, these diktats are all about austerity and privatisation. Government functions are eliminated or privatised, and national assets are sold off. Little by little – again a controlled demolition – the nation state is dismantled. In the end, the primary functions left to government are police suppression of its own population, and the collection of taxes to be handed over to the banksters.

In fact, the dismantling of the nation state began long before the financial collapse of 2008. In the USA and Britain, it began in 1980, with Reagan and Thatcher. In Europe, it began in 1988, with the Maastricht Treaty. Globalisation accelerated the dismantling process, with the exporting of jobs and industry, privatisation programs, ‘free trade’ agreements, and the establishment of the regulation-busting World Trade Organisation (WTO). Events since 2008 have enabled the rapid acceleration of a process that was already well underway
With the collapse, the bailouts, and the total failure to pursue any kind of effective recovery program, the signals are very clear: the system will be allowed to collapse totally, thus clearing the ground for a pre-architected ‘solution’. As the nation state is being dismantled, a new regime of global governance is being established to replace it. As we can see with the WTO, IMF, World Bank, and the other pieces of the embryonic world government, the new global system will make no pretensions about popular representation or democratic process. Rule will be by means of autocratic global bureaucracies, which will take their orders, directly or indirectly, from the bankster clique.

In his book, The Globalization of Poverty, michel chossudvusky explains how globalisation, and the actions of the IMF, created massive poverty throughout the third world over the past several decades. As we can see, with the dramatic emphasis on austerity following the collapse and bailouts, this poverty-creation project has now crossed the Rubicon. In this new world system there will be no prosperous middle class. Indeed, the new regime will very much resemble the old days of royalty and serfdom (the ancien régime). The banksters are the new royal family, with the whole world as their dominion. The technocrats who run the global bureaucracies, and the mandarins who pose as politicians in the residual nations, are the privileged upper class. The rest of us, the overwhelming majority, will find ourselves in the role of impoverished serfs – if we are lucky enough to be one of the survivors of the collapse process.

The End of Liberty – The Global Police State

For the past four decades, since about 1970, we’ve been experiencing a regime-change process, from an old global system to a new global system. In the old system, first world nations were relatively democratic and prosperous, while the third world suffered under police state tyranny, mass poverty, and imperialism (exploitation by external powers). As discussed above, the transition process has been characterised by ‘crossing the Rubicon’ – the introduction of policies and practices into the first world, that were formerly limited, for the most part, to the third world.

Thus debt bondage to the IMF crossed the Rubicon, enabled by the collapse-bailout scam. In turn, mass poverty is crossing that same Rubicon, due to austerity measures imposed by the IMF, with its new bond-holding powers. Imperialism is also crossing the Rubicon, as the first world comes under the exploitative control of banksters and their bureaucracies, a power nexus that is external to all national identities. Unsurprisingly, police state tyranny is also crossing the Rubicon: the imposition of third world poverty levels requires third world methods of repression.

The anti-globalisation movement can be taken as the beginning of popular resistance to the process of regime change. Similarly, the police response to the Seattle anti-globalisation demonstrations, in November 1999, can be taken as the ‘crossing of the Rubicon’ for police state tyranny. The excessive and arbitrary violence of that response – including such things as holding people’s eyes open and spraying pepper into them – was unprecedented against non-violent demonstrators in a first world nation.

Ironically, that police response, particularly as it was so widely publicised, actually strengthened the anti-globalisation movement. As demonstrations grew in size and strength, the police response grew still more violent. A climax of sorts was reached in Genoa, in July 2001, when the levels of violence on both sides began to resemble almost a guerilla war.

In those days the anti-globalisation movement was dominating the international news pages, and opposition to globalisation was reaching massive proportions. The visible movement was only the tip of an anti-systemic iceberg. In a very real sense, general popular sentiment in the first world was beginning to take a radical turn. Movement leaders were now thinking in terms of an anti-capitalist movement. There was a political volatility in the air, a sense that, just maybe possibly, enlightened popular sentiment might succeed in shifting the course of events.

All of that changed on September 11, 2001, the day the towers came down. The anti-globalisation movement, along with globalisation itself, disappeared almost totally from public consciousness on that fateful day. Suddenly it was a whole new global scenario, a whole new media circus – with a new enemy, and a new kind of war, a war without end, a war against phantoms, a war against ‘terrorism’.

Earlier we saw how the orchestrated financial collapse of September 2008 enabled certain ongoing projects to be rapidly accelerated, such as the dismantlement of sovereignty, and the imposition of austerity. Similarly, the events of September 2001 enabled certain ongoing projects to be greatly accelerated, such as the abandonment of civil libirties and international law.

Before the towers had even come down, the ‘Patriot Act’ had already been drafted, proclaiming in no uncertain terms that the police state was here (in the USA) in force and here to stay – the bill of rights was null and void. Before long, similar ‘anti-terrorist’ legislation had been adopted throughout the first world. If any anti-systemic movement were to again raise its head in the first world (as it did, for example, recently in Greece), arbitrary police powers could be brought to bear – as much as might be necessary – to put the resistance down. No popular movement would be allowed to derail the banksters’ regime-change designs. The anti-globalisation movement had been shouting, ‘This is what real democracy looks like’. With 9/11, the banksters replied: ‘This is what real oppression looks like’.

The events of 9/11 led directly to the invasions of Iraq and Afghanistan, and in general helped create a climate where invasions of sovereign nations could be readily justified, with one excuse or another. International law was to be as thoroughly abandoned as was civil liberties. Just as all restraint was removed from domestic police interventions, so was all restraint being removed from geopolitical military interventions. Nothing was to stand in the way of the banksters’ regime-change agenda.
