the judiciary of islam

The Khilafah’s judiciary is responsible for issuing judgments that are enforced by the state. Its responsibility covers three main areas:

1. Settling disputes between people
2. Preventing whatever may harm the rights of the community
3. Settling the disputes between people and any person who is part of the government, whether the Khaleefah, his cabinet, civil servants or any other person.1

Types of Judges
There are three types of judges each responsible for one of the areas above.2

1. Qadi (judge) - responsible for setting disputes between people
2. Muhtasib (inspector) – responsible for settling any breach of law that may harm the rights of the community
3. Qadi Mazalim (Government Investigations Judge) – responsible for settling disputes between the people and the government

The Qadi
The evidence for the Qadi is derived from the actions of the Prophet (saw) when he appointed Mu’adh ibn Jabal to Yemen as a Qadi.

Narrated Mu’adh ibn Jabal: Some companions of Mu’adh ibn Jabal said: When the Messenger of Allah (saw) intended to send Mu'adh ibn Jabal to the Yemen, he asked: “What will you do if a matter is referred to you for judgement?” Mu’adh said: “I will judge according to the Book of Allah.” The Prophet asked: “What if you find no solution in the Book of Allah?” Mu’adh said: “Then I will judge by the Sunnah of the Prophet.” The Prophet asked: “And what if you do not find it in the Sunnah of the Prophet?” Mu'adh said: “Then I will make Ijtihad to formulate my own judgement.” The Prophet patted Mu’adh’s chest and said “Praise be to Allah who has guided the messenger of His Prophet to that which pleases Him and His Prophet.”3

There are seven conditions for the post of Qadi.4 These are:

1. Muslim
2. Free
3. Mature
4. Sane
5. Just (‘Adl)
6. Faqih (learned scholar)
7. Aware of how to apply the rules to the events

Therefore the Qadi can be a man or a women.

The Qadi can only pass judgment in a judicial court. This is derived from the following hadith.

Narrated Abdullah ibn az-Zubayr: “The Messenger of Allah has ordered that the two disputing parties should sit before the judge.”5

The Presumption of Innocence exists in an Islamic judicial court where the defendant is innocent until proven guilty. The responsibility of providing the evidence is on the plaintiff (the one who initiates the law suit) not the defendant. This is derived from the following hadith.

The Messenger of Allah (saw) said: “It is the plaintiff who should provide the evidence, and the oath is due on the one who disapproves.”6

Different types of courts can be established depending on the case. There can be specialist courts for financial disputes or family disputes. There can also be different levels of courts depending on the nature of the crime. Al-Mawardi mentions the following example from Basra in Iraq.

Abu ‘Abdullah Az-Zubayri said; ‘For sometime, the ‘Umara here in Basra used to appoint a judge at the central Masjid (Al-Masjid Al-Jami’), and they called him the judge of the Masjid. He used to judge in disputes involving sums not exceeding twenty Dinars and two hundred Dirhams, and he used to impose Nafaqah (maintenances). He would not exceed his boundaries nor the duties entrusted to him.’7

the zionism of ROTHSCHILDS

Could gaining control of the CENTRAL BANK of the Islamic Republic of Iran (CBI) be one of the main reasons that Iran is being targeted by Western and Israeli powers? As tensions are building up for an unthinkable war with Iran, it is worth exploring Iran’s banking system compared to its U.S., British and Israeli counterparts.
Some researchers are pointing out that Iran is one of only three countries left in the world whose central bank is not under rothschild control. Before 9-11 there were reportedly seven: afghanistan, Iraq, Sudan, Libya, Cuba, north korea and Iran. By 2003, however, afghanistan and Iraq were swallowed up by the rothschild octopus, and by 2011 Sudan and Libya were also gone. In Libya, a Rothschild bank was established in Benghazi while the country was still at war.
Islam forbids the charging of interest, a major problem for the Rothschild banking system. Until a few hundred years ago, charging interest was also forbidden in the christian world and was even punishable by death. It was considered exploitation and enslavement.
Since the rothschilds took over the bank of england around 1815, they have been expanding their banking control over all the countries of the world. Their method has been to get a country’s corrupt politicians to accept massive loans, which they can never repay, and thus go into debt to the Rothschild banking powers. If a leader refuses to accept the loan, he is oftentimes either ousted or assassinated. And if that fails, invasions can follow, and a Rothschild usury-based bank is established.
The rothschilds exert powerful influence over the world’s major news agencies. By repetition, the masses are duped into believing horror stories about evil villains. The Rothschilds control the bank of england, the federal reserve, the European Central Bank, the IMF, the world bank and the Bank of International Settlements. Also they own most of the gold in the world as well as the London Gold Exchange, which sets the price of gold every day. It is said the family owns over half the wealth of the planet—estimated by Credit Suisse to be $231 trillion—and is controlled by Evelyn Rothschild, the current head of the family. (Continued under ads)
Objective researchers contend that Iran is not being demonized because they are a nuclear threat, just as the Taliban, Iraq’s saddam hussain and Libya’s Muammar Qadaffi were not a threat.
What then is the real reason? Is it the trillions to be made in oil profits, or the trillions in war profits? Is it to bankrupt the U.S. economy, or is it to start world war 3? Is it to destroy Israel’s enemies, or to destroy the Iranian central bank so that no one is left to defy Rothschild’s money racket?
It might be any one of those reasons or, worse—it might be all of them.

the capitalists plan for a new world order

When the Industrial Revolution began in Britain, in the late 1700s, there was lots of money to be made by investing in factories and mills, by opening up new markets, and by gaining control of sources of raw materials. The folks who had the most money to invest, however, were not so much in Britain but more in Holland. Holland had been the leading Western power in the 1600s, and its bankers were the leading capitalists. In pursuit of profit, Dutch capital flowed to the British stock market, and thus the Dutch funded the rise of Britain, who subsequently eclipsed Holland both economically and geopolitically.
In this way British industrialism came to be dominated by wealthy investors, and capitalism became the dominant economic system. This led to a major social transformation. Britain had been essentially an aristocratic society, dominated by landholding families. As capitalism became dominant economically, capitalists became dominant politically. Tax structures and import-export policies were gradually changed to favour investors over landowners.

It was no longer economically viable to simply maintain an estate in the countryside: one needed to develop it, turn it to more productive use. Victorian dramas are filled with stories of aristocratic families who fall on hard times, and are forced to sell off their properties. For dramatic purposes, this decline is typically attributed to a failure in some character, a weak eldest son perhaps. But in fact the decline of aristocracy was part of a larger social transformation brought on by the rise of capitalism.

The business of the capitalist is the management of capital, and this management is generally handled through the mediation of banks and brokerage houses. It should not be surprising that investment bankers came to occupy the top of the hierarchy of capitalist wealth and power. And in fact, there are a handful of banking families, including the Rothschilds and the Rockefellers, who have come to dominate economic and political affairs in the western world.

Unlike aristocrats, capitalists are not tied to a place, or to the maintenance of a place. Capital is disloyal and mobile – it flows to where the most growth can be found, as it flowed from Holland to Britain, then from Britain to the USA, and most recently from everywhere to China. Just as a copper mine might be exploited and then abandoned, so under capitalism a whole nation can be exploited and then abandoned, as we see in the rusting industrial areas of America and Britain.

This detachment from place leads to a different kind of geopolitics under capitalism, as compared to aristocracy. A king goes to war when he sees an advantage to his nation in doing so. Historians can ‘explain’ the wars of pre-capitalist days, in terms of the aggrandisement of monarchs and nations.

A capitalist stirs up a war in order to make profits, and in fact our elite banking families have financed both sides of most military conflicts since at least World War 1. Hence historians have a hard time ‘explaining’ World War 1 in terms of national motivations and objectives.

In pre-capitalist days warfare was like chess, each side trying to win. Under capitalism warfare is more like a casino, where the players battle it out as long as they can get credit for more chips, and the real winner always turns out to be the house – the bankers who finance the war and decide who will be the last man standing. Not only are wars the most profitable of all capitalist ventures, but by choosing the winners, and managing the reconstruction, the elite banking families are able, over time, to tune the geopolitical configuration to suit their own interests.

Nations and populations are but pawns in their games. Millions die in wars, infrastructures are destroyed, and while the world mourns, the bankers are counting their winnings and making plans for their postwar reconstruction investments.

From their position of power, as the financiers of governments, the banking elite have over time perfected their methods of control. Staying always behind the scenes, they pull the strings controlling the media, the political parties, the intelligence agencies, the stock markets, and the offices of government. And perhaps their greatest lever of power is their control over currencies. By means of their central-bank scam, they engineer boom and bust cycles, and they print money from nothing and then loan it at interest to governments. The power of the elite banking gang (the ‘ba
The End of Growth – Banksters vs. Capitalism

It was always inevitable, on a finite planet, that there would be a limit to economic growth. Industrialisation has enabled us to rush headlong toward that limit over the past two centuries. Production has become ever more efficient, markets have become ever more global, and finally the paradigm of perpetual growth has reached the point of diminishing returns.

Indeed, that point was actually reached by about 1970. Since then capital has not so much sought growth through increased production, but rather by extracting greater returns from relatively flat production levels. Hence globalisation, which moved production to low-waged areas, providing greater profit margins. Hence privatisation, which transfers revenue streams to investors that formerly went to national treasuries. Hence derivative and currency markets, which create the electronic illusion of economic growth, without actually producing anything in the real world.

For almost forty years, the capitalist system was kept going by these various mechanisms, none of which were productive in any real sense. And then in September 2008 this house of cards collapsed, all of a sudden, bringing the global financial system to its knees.
If one studies the collapse of civilisations, one learns that failure-to-adapt is fatal. Is our civilisation falling into that trap? We had two centuries of real growth, where the growth-dynamic of capitalism was in harmony with the reality of industrial growth. Then we had four decades of artificial growth – capitalism being sustained by a house of cards. And now, after the house of cards has collapsed, every effort is apparently being made to bring about ‘a recovery’ – of growth! It is very easy to get the impression that our civilisation is in the process of collapse, based on the failure-to-adapt principle.

Such an impression would be partly right and partly wrong. In order to understand the real situation we need to make a clear distinction between the capitalist elite and capitalism itself. Capitalism is an economic system driven by growth; the capitalist elite are the folks who have managed to gain control of the western world while capitalism has operated over the past two centuries. The capitalist system is past its sell-by date, the bankster elite are well aware of that fact – and they are adapting.

Capitalism is a vehicle that helped bring the banksters to absolute power, but they have no more loyalty to that system than they have to place, or to anything or anyone. As mentioned earlier, they think on a global scale, with nations and populations as pawns. They define what money is and they issue it, just like the banker in a game of Monopoly. They can also make up a new game with a new kind of money. They have long outgrown any need to rely on any particular economic system in order to maintain their power. Capitalism was handy in an era of rapid growth. For an era of non-growth, a different game is being prepared.

Thus, capitalism was not allowed to die a natural death. Instead it was brought down by a controlled demolition. First it was put on a life-support system, as mentioned above, with globalisation, privatisation, currency markets, etc. Then it was injected with a euthanasia death-drug, in the form of real-estate bubbles and toxic derivatives. Finally, the Bank of International Settlements in Basel – the central bank of central banks – pulled the plug on the life-support system: they declared the ‘mark-to-market rule’, which made all the risk-holding banks instantly insolvent, although it took a while for this to become apparent. Every step in this process was carefully planned and managed by the central-banking clique.

The End of Sovereignty – Restoring the Ancien Régime

Just as the financial collapse was carefully managed, so was the post-collapse scenario, with its suicidal bailout programs. National budgets were already stretched; they certainly did not have reserves available to salvage the insolvent banks. Thus the bailout commitments amounted to nothing more than the taking on of astronomical new debts by governments. In order to service the bailout commitments, the money would need to be borrowed from the same financial system that was being bailed out!

It’s not that the banks were too big to fail, rather the banksters were too powerful to fail: they made politicians an offer they couldn’t refuse. In the USA, Congress was told that without bailouts there would be martial law the next morning. In Ireland, the Ministers were told there would be financial caos and rioting in the streets. In fact, as Iceland demonstrated, the sensible way to deal with the insolvent banks was with an orderly process of receivership.
In his book, Confessions of an Economic Hit Man, John Perkins explains how the third world has been coerced over the past several decades – through pressure and trickery of various kinds – into perpetual debt bondage. By design, the debts can never be repaid. Instead, the debts must be periodically refinanced, and each round of refinancing buries the nation deeper in debt – and compels the nation to submit to even more drastic IMF diktats. With the orchestrated financial collapse, and the ‘too big to fail’ scam, the banksters have now crossed the Rubicon: the hit-man agenda is now operating here in the first world.

In the EU, the first round of nations to go down will be the so-called PIGS – Portugal, Ireland, Greece, and Spain. The fiction, that the PIGS can deal with the bailouts, is based on the assumption that the era of limitless growth will resume. As the banksters themselves know full well, that just isn’t going to happen. Eventually the PIGS will be forced to default, and then the rest of the EU will go down as well, all part of a controlled-demolition project.

When a nation succumbs to debt bondage, it ceases to be a sovereign nation, governed by some kind of internal political process. Instead it comes under the control of IMF diktats. As we have seen in the third world, and is happening now in Europe, these diktats are all about austerity and privatisation. Government functions are eliminated or privatised, and national assets are sold off. Little by little – again a controlled demolition – the nation state is dismantled. In the end, the primary functions left to government are police suppression of its own population, and the collection of taxes to be handed over to the banksters.

In fact, the dismantling of the nation state began long before the financial collapse of 2008. In the USA and Britain, it began in 1980, with Reagan and Thatcher. In Europe, it began in 1988, with the Maastricht Treaty. Globalisation accelerated the dismantling process, with the exporting of jobs and industry, privatisation programs, ‘free trade’ agreements, and the establishment of the regulation-busting World Trade Organisation (WTO). Events since 2008 have enabled the rapid acceleration of a process that was already well underway
With the collapse, the bailouts, and the total failure to pursue any kind of effective recovery program, the signals are very clear: the system will be allowed to collapse totally, thus clearing the ground for a pre-architected ‘solution’. As the nation state is being dismantled, a new regime of global governance is being established to replace it. As we can see with the WTO, IMF, World Bank, and the other pieces of the embryonic world government, the new global system will make no pretensions about popular representation or democratic process. Rule will be by means of autocratic global bureaucracies, which will take their orders, directly or indirectly, from the bankster clique.

In his book, The Globalization of Poverty, michel chossudvusky explains how globalisation, and the actions of the IMF, created massive poverty throughout the third world over the past several decades. As we can see, with the dramatic emphasis on austerity following the collapse and bailouts, this poverty-creation project has now crossed the Rubicon. In this new world system there will be no prosperous middle class. Indeed, the new regime will very much resemble the old days of royalty and serfdom (the ancien régime). The banksters are the new royal family, with the whole world as their dominion. The technocrats who run the global bureaucracies, and the mandarins who pose as politicians in the residual nations, are the privileged upper class. The rest of us, the overwhelming majority, will find ourselves in the role of impoverished serfs – if we are lucky enough to be one of the survivors of the collapse process.

The End of Liberty – The Global Police State

For the past four decades, since about 1970, we’ve been experiencing a regime-change process, from an old global system to a new global system. In the old system, first world nations were relatively democratic and prosperous, while the third world suffered under police state tyranny, mass poverty, and imperialism (exploitation by external powers). As discussed above, the transition process has been characterised by ‘crossing the Rubicon’ – the introduction of policies and practices into the first world, that were formerly limited, for the most part, to the third world.

Thus debt bondage to the IMF crossed the Rubicon, enabled by the collapse-bailout scam. In turn, mass poverty is crossing that same Rubicon, due to austerity measures imposed by the IMF, with its new bond-holding powers. Imperialism is also crossing the Rubicon, as the first world comes under the exploitative control of banksters and their bureaucracies, a power nexus that is external to all national identities. Unsurprisingly, police state tyranny is also crossing the Rubicon: the imposition of third world poverty levels requires third world methods of repression.

The anti-globalisation movement can be taken as the beginning of popular resistance to the process of regime change. Similarly, the police response to the Seattle anti-globalisation demonstrations, in November 1999, can be taken as the ‘crossing of the Rubicon’ for police state tyranny. The excessive and arbitrary violence of that response – including such things as holding people’s eyes open and spraying pepper into them – was unprecedented against non-violent demonstrators in a first world nation.

Ironically, that police response, particularly as it was so widely publicised, actually strengthened the anti-globalisation movement. As demonstrations grew in size and strength, the police response grew still more violent. A climax of sorts was reached in Genoa, in July 2001, when the levels of violence on both sides began to resemble almost a guerilla war.

In those days the anti-globalisation movement was dominating the international news pages, and opposition to globalisation was reaching massive proportions. The visible movement was only the tip of an anti-systemic iceberg. In a very real sense, general popular sentiment in the first world was beginning to take a radical turn. Movement leaders were now thinking in terms of an anti-capitalist movement. There was a political volatility in the air, a sense that, just maybe possibly, enlightened popular sentiment might succeed in shifting the course of events.

All of that changed on September 11, 2001, the day the towers came down. The anti-globalisation movement, along with globalisation itself, disappeared almost totally from public consciousness on that fateful day. Suddenly it was a whole new global scenario, a whole new media circus – with a new enemy, and a new kind of war, a war without end, a war against phantoms, a war against ‘terrorism’.

Earlier we saw how the orchestrated financial collapse of September 2008 enabled certain ongoing projects to be rapidly accelerated, such as the dismantlement of sovereignty, and the imposition of austerity. Similarly, the events of September 2001 enabled certain ongoing projects to be greatly accelerated, such as the abandonment of civil libirties and international law.

Before the towers had even come down, the ‘Patriot Act’ had already been drafted, proclaiming in no uncertain terms that the police state was here (in the USA) in force and here to stay – the bill of rights was null and void. Before long, similar ‘anti-terrorist’ legislation had been adopted throughout the first world. If any anti-systemic movement were to again raise its head in the first world (as it did, for example, recently in Greece), arbitrary police powers could be brought to bear – as much as might be necessary – to put the resistance down. No popular movement would be allowed to derail the banksters’ regime-change designs. The anti-globalisation movement had been shouting, ‘This is what real democracy looks like’. With 9/11, the banksters replied: ‘This is what real oppression looks like’.

The events of 9/11 led directly to the invasions of Iraq and Afghanistan, and in general helped create a climate where invasions of sovereign nations could be readily justified, with one excuse or another. International law was to be as thoroughly abandoned as was civil liberties. Just as all restraint was removed from domestic police interventions, so was all restraint being removed from geopolitical military interventions. Nothing was to stand in the way of the banksters’ regime-change agenda.

AMERICAN TRICKS ON PAK- IRAN GAS PIPELINE

Pakistan has issued tender for laying kilometers Iran-Pakistan (IP) gas pipeline in its territory to a German company while rejecting US Pressure over Iran-Pakistan Gas line Project. According to the secretary petroleum, Pakistan has offered $250 million to a German company, ILF Engineering, for laying the gas pipeline inside its territory. The 2,775-kilometre (1,724 mi) pipeline which started from Asalouyeh while passing though Balochistan and Sind would end up in Multan area by 2014. Major length of 1,172 kilometers (728 mi) passes through Iran. Tehran has already completed a 900-km portion of 56-inch diameter pipeline from Assaluyeh to Iran Shehr. However remaining 200 km up to the Pakistan border is under design, and is expected to be completed in next two years time. According to the governments of Pakistan, sources the project implementation and construction is targeted in four years and the first gas flow will be available by the end of December 2014. The 750 mmcfd gas volume will help in generation of around 4,000 MW electricity couple with more job opportunities in backward areas of Balochistan and Sindh.
Notably, Pakistan is to lay 781 km pipeline in its territory and the project would be completed by December 2014. The initial capacity of the pipeline will be 22 billion cubic meters of natural gas per annum, which is expected to later rise to 55 billion cubic meters. The pipeline aims to export 21.5 million cubic meters of Iranian natural gas to Pakistan every day or 8.7 billion cubic meters per year.
It is mentionable that initially the project was pursued through a trilateral approach by Pakistan, Iran and India till in 2009 when India took a back seat when USA offered her an alternative source of energy by access to civil nuclear technology in lieu of the pipeline. Since 2009, the project has been pursued bilaterally between Pakistan and Iran and as of March 2012, it has made important headway and the pipeline to Pakistan is now scheduled to be completed by December 2014. Gas demand in Pakistan has meanwhile increased to a level that even full capacity of the pipeline would barely meet it in 2015.
To malice Iran, the United States asked Pakistan in January 2010, to abandon the project. In return it offered assistance for a liquefied natural gas terminal and promised to aid the import of electricity from Tajkistan through Afghanistan’s Wakhan Corridor. But Pakistan rejected the US pressure and finalized the Iran-Pakistan gas pipeline deal in June 2010. And in July 2011, Iran announced that it had completed construction of its section. Because now it is Pakistan’s turn to move ahead, the United States has once again become active and has put the spanner in the works with its old formula.
U.S. has started playing her dirty tricks against Iran and Pakistan since inception of IP Gas Pipeline project. US, Israel and India covertly floated the idea of “Greater Balochistan”, threatened attacking of Iran, imposing sanctions on Pakistan and Iran. CIA, RAW, Mossad and MI-6 jointly launched militancy in Balochistan and started assisting and funding anti state Baloch lords. In this connection, US Ambassador to Pakistan Cameron Munter last year visited Balochistan and his November statement to year, US Ambassador to Pakistan Cameron Munter, in a statement to Press TV, repeated the old refrain, saying, “Pak-Iran gas pipeline is not a good idea….However, the plan to get gas from Turkmenistan is a better idea.”
Again, on February 8, 2012, The United States (US) Congress Committee on Foreign Affairs while discussing situation of Balochistan opposed its emancipation but shown concern over security problem and killing of the people. In this meeting, a Republican Congressman Dana Rohrabacher, has expressed concern over Balochistan saying that it is an insurgency hit area? He said that this province has vital strategic importance. Later on U.S. Foreign sectary Mr. Hilary Clinton also showed her concern over Balochistan Issue and IP Gas Pipeline Project. She also threatened Pakistan while stating that Pakistan should be ready to face sanctions in case of final materialization of the project. In response while addressing to media, foreign office spokesman Abdul Basit responded on February 8, 2012 and said Pakistan had conveyed its reservations to the US in Islamabad and Washington regarding the talks on Balochistan by the US Congress. In a question he also very rightly sent a clear message to Washington that “Pak-Iran gas pipeline project was not abandoned and it would be completed till 2014.”
However, President, Prime Minister, all provincial parliaments and national leaders unanimously rejected U.S. pressure and in a clear tone mentioned that Islamabad will not accept any dictation regarding its internal affairs from any foreign country, adding that exporting gas from Iran is in the country’s best interest. In this regard Prime Minister Yusuf Raza Gilani has said that Pakistan will take decision on Pak-Iran gas pipeline keeping in view its own interests and would not succumb to any pressure in this regard. Speaking at a ceremony after inauguration of the Air University campus here on Saturday, Gilani said Pakistan would build ties with other countries including Iran keeping in view its own interests. He said that the country would not budge to foreign pressure as it had an elected government.
Anyhow above mentioned debate very clear indicate that Pakis ready to face all consequences for the completion of Gas pipeline project Iran also realized the pressure over Islamabad and offered assistance of resources and many to bounce back American move over the project. In this connection Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources Dr. Asim Hussain has said that Iran has agreed to export 80,000 barrels of crude oil annually to Pakistan and has also agreed to provide $250 million for the Iran-Pakistan gas pipeline project.
Unfortunately, Pakistan and Iran has wasted lot of time to built and complete the project because of American interference and non serious Indian attitude towards the Gas Pipeline project. Opposing of said project by the Americans is not justify since Pakistan is an independent sovereign country that has to look after her regional interest and why she should give preference to US over its own interests. Simply, I would like to say that if American’s leadership is unable to scarify her interest with India over Kashmir issue then why US should be accepting from Pakistan to forego her interests because of Americans. Here I would also say that UN is only looking after major power interests and directly and indirectly imposed sanctions over Iran because of that nuclear programme which has not yet produced any nuclear arsenal. US and some of her western allies have also tried to line up the Arab States in the Gulf as well as Saudi Arabia against Iran. Recently, speaking before a critical White House showdown with Benjamin Netanyahu, Israel’s prime minister, Mr. Obama tried to buy more time for “crippling sanctions” against Tehran to take effect before Israel decides to strike its nuclear facilities. He also stated that “Iran’s leaders should know that I do not have a policy of containment but so have a policy to prevent Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon”. He also stressed that a nuclear-armed Iran also threatened American and Israeli security. Therefore America will not hesitate to use force when it is necessary to defend the United States and its interests.
In short, opposition to the Pak-Iran Gas pipeline is just another attempt to “strangulate” Pak-Iran’s economies and blackmailing Pakistan, Afghanistan and Iran while carrying out militancy in Balochistan. Nevertheless, Pakistan and Iran should stand fast for their national interests. Both Pakistan and Iran should also try to attract China for becoming part of under progress project that can directly play an important role in resolving their energy and economic crisis. At the same time, American’s top brass should know that already depreciating Pak-US relationship would further deteriorate in case of continuity of US dirty tricks against Pak and Iran. At the end I appreciate the government that they have rejected US threats to stop Iran-Pakistan gas pipeline.

Conspiracies Against ISI

One day an idea is discussed on Twitter in Pakistan. Next day, an anti-military draft is released in hong kong, and another submitted to the supreme court in Islamabad.
Here is an interesting sequence of events that shows how Pakistan’s military and its main foreign intelligence-gathering agency, the ISI, are targeted from the inside by a group of Pakistanis conspiring against a vital pillar of the State.
One day, a group of Pakistanis linked to foreign embassies decides to launch a legal campaign to oust and prosecute the two generals that lead the army and the ISI.
The next day, a rights group based in hongkong issues a detailed slanderous paper full of lies and insinuations against our military, mirroring and endorsing biased and motivated propaganda coming from foreign countries. Of course, the pakistani viewpoint is not reflected in the document.
On the same day, a case is filed in the supreme court demanding Army chief Gen. Kayani and ISI’s Lt. Gen. Pasha are tried for treason.
What is Kayani and Pasha’s crime? The two have overreached – in the eyes of the conspirators – in probing whether someone from Pakistan wrote a secret memo to the US government seeking support to mount a coup against the country’s military and intelligence leaderships, replacing them with US stooges.
As government’s probe flounders and suspicions arise of a possible cover-up, the two generals approach the Supreme Court to ensure such a probe happens.
What the generals did was legal and respectful of the law. After all, what spy agency in any country wouldn’t show interest in a cinspiracy targeting the institution and involving a foreign government?
THE CONSPIRACY
Probing possible internal breaches to national security is inherent to the job of ISI and should be backed by the government and the military. But for some reason this did not suit newspaper editor Beena Sarwar, TV producer Fifi Haroon, New America Foundation fellow Najam Sethi, and UN coordinator Marvi Sirmed.
There are indications that Farahnaz Isphahani, president Zardari’s media adviser and hussain haqqani’s wife, is behind the idea of demanding the resignations of the two generals. But there is no evidence implicating her.
On 18 December, their timeline on Twitter [see the screen shot] goes something like this:
Beenasarwar: it gets curious and curiouser. Firs this Mansoorijaz pops out of the woodwork in USA, now this Shafqatullah in Canada #memogate
Fifiharoon: @beenasarwar you mean it gets more & more ridiculous! We should petition CJ to take suo moto notice of ISI as a threat to Pakistan
Najamsethi: @fifiharoon @beenasarwar What a good idea! We should draft an alternative petition signed by 100 prominent citizens & send it to CPJ ASAP
Marvisirmed: @najamsethi BTW, I have got around 20 citizens on it already. @fifiharoon @beenasarwar

Someone might say this is legal too and nothing wrong in it.
It looks like that. But wait. The conspiracy goes beyond Pakistan’s borders.
The very next day, 19 December, a draft is ready and released as promised by Mr. Sethi. But it comes out of Hong Kong, from the offices of an NGO called Asian human rights Commission. The AHRC is a private group dominated by Indian activists.
The group issues an Urgent Appeal.
Also on 19 December a petition is submitted in the Supreme Court in Islamabad against pakistan army and ISI chiefs demanding their resignations and trial for treason.
WHO ARE THE CONPIRATORS?
Ms. Beena Sarwar is a cheerleader for Indian supremacy over Pakistan. She endorses Indian political claims in disputes with Pakistan.
Mr. Sethi, along with his wife, work for a US think tank and are recent converts to the US government view on Pakistan and its future. Their daughter, Mira, landed a job at wall street journal, a US paper that promotes anti-Pakistanism. Her first assignment … you guessed it right: attack Pakistan’s military.
Mrs. Marvi Sirmed works for the UN office in Pakistan. She’s been leading frontal attacks on Pakistan’s military and ISI in newspapers and TV appearances, endorsing every word about them coming from adversarial foreign governments. In a recent TV appearance, she ridiculed the entire premise behind Pakistan’s rise as an independent nation. Unfortunately, pakistani laws do not incriminate anti-state speech. It is not clear if her opinions are endorsed by her employers.
AHRC’S APPEAL
The Indian-dominated rights group released on 19 December the draft that Sethi, Sarwar, Haroon and Sirmed conceived on the 18th.
Now look at how they twist facts and spread lies against Pakistan’s military institutions:
1. FIRST CLAIM: The AHRC decides in its document that Mansoor Ijaz “wrote” the secret memo, implicitly absolving hussain haqqani from at least coauthoring the memo, if not authoring it outright. This case is being reviewed at the Supreme Court of Pakistan. AHRC unwittingly exposes its bias and political agenda in this one line.
2. SECOND CLAIM: The AHRC meddles in Pakistani politics by attacking the opposition leader nawaz sharif, the mover of the petition on the secret memo. AHRC says Sharif was “groomed as a politician during the period of the military dictator.” Of course, the founder of the incumbent ruling party that AHRC seeks to defend was also groomed under a military dictator. This is conveniently overlooked.
3. THIRD CLAIM: AHRC demands that the two generals resign and be put on trial in the same way that Husain Haqqani was forced to resign and stand trial. The comparison is incorrect because the evidence exists on conspiring against the State in Haqqani’s case. The accusation that the army and ISI chiefs are conspiring against an elected government is a conspiracy theory at best.
4. FOURTH CLAIM: AHRC fully endorses in its document the politically motivated US and Indian propaganda against ISI. It concludes its appeal with this sentence: “It is also alleged that the ISI is involved in bomb blasts and assassinations in neighboring countries and providing training to the mujahideen.”
A couple of foreign governments are targeting Pakistan’s military and intelligence as a policy. The army and ISI chiefs are the preferred targets. Now this objective has been joined by a small group of Pakistanis that shares linkages to the foreign agenda in Pakistan.

KHILAFAH ! road to our lost glory through education

For centuries, the Ummah's achievement in science and technology outpaced European nations. However, this progress was only possible when Islam was comprehensively implemented. The current state of the Ummah is due to the fact that Muslims are governed by the Capitalist system. Once the Khilafah is re-established, the Ummah will once again, by Allah's سبحانه وتعالى leave, lead the world in all matters - including technological advancement.
Islamic Aqeedah: The Role of the Mind
In Islam, the issue of science and technology has not been a controversial one. Belief in Islam is based on rational thinking - a Muslim comes to believe in Allah سبحانه وتعالى by examining the world and arriving at the firm conclusion that the world could not exist without the intervention of Allah سبحانه وتعالى. Many ayat in the Quran challenges man to think and ponder about the world:
إِنَّ فِي خَلْقِ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ وَاخْتِلاَفِ اللَّيْلِ وَالنَّهَارِ لآيَاتٍ لِّأُوْلِي الألْبَابِ
"Behold! In the creation of the heavens and the earth and the alteration of night and day, these are indeed signs for men of understanding." [TMQ 3:190]
"Will they not look at the camels, how they are created! And the heaven, how it is raised! And the mountains, how they are set up! And the earth, how it is spread!" [TMQ 88:17-20]
Allah سبحانه وتعالى also sent His Messengers with miracles to give people clear signs that they were indeed from Allah سبحانه وتعالى. Prophet Muhammad's صلى الله عليه وسلم proof of Prophethood is the inimitability of the Quran. Allah سبحانه وتعالى has revealed:
"If you are in doubt as to whether the revelations which We have sent to Our servant (Muhammad) are from Us or not, then produce one Surah like this; and call your witnesses besides Allah to assist you, if you are right in your claim." [TMQ 2:23]
Allah سبحانه وتعالى made our rational intellect the tool for embracing Iman. However, this does not mean that we must rationally understand why each law was revealed. Instead, we believe each law is correct because that law is from Allah سبحانه وتعالى; the All-Knowing and All-Wise.
Shariah's Ruling on Science
In all matters we must refer to the Quran and Sunnah for guidance. Science and technology is no different. It was narrated that the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said about the matter of manual pollination of date trees: "You are more aware of the routine issues of your daily life (amr dunyakum)." [Ahmad] It is also narrated that the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم sent two of the Muslims to Jurash of Yemen to learn weapons manufacturing.
As a result, the Ummah has always understood that in matters of the Deen (ibadat, politics, economics, etc) we must extract solutions from the Quran and Sunnah only. However, when it comes to matters of science and technology - Allah سبحانه وتعالى has given us permission to use our knowledge to investigate the mechanics of the world that surrounds us. As a consequence, the Islamic Ummah has never found science and wahy (revelation) to disagree with one another. This is due to the fact that Islam is the Haqq (Truth), which does not contradict reality.
Furthermore, the scientists that lived during the time of Islamic rule found the ayat of Quran to be a source of inspiration that motivated them to investigate the universe.
"For sure, in the creation of the heavens and the earth and the alternation of the night and the day there are signs for men of understanding. Those who remember Allah while standing, sitting, and lying on their sides, and meditate on the creation of the heavens and the earth, then cry out: ‘Our Rabb! You have not created this in vain. Glory to You! Save us from the punishment of Fire.'" [TMQ 3:190-191]
Therefore, pondering and investigating the laws that govern the universe is a way to reflect upon the creation of Allah سبحانه وتعالى and become closer to Him.
Islamic State: A Leader in Science
When Islam was implemented, a number of academies were established in many places in the Muslim world to translate the scientific works of the Persians, Greeks, Indians, and others. During the rule of the 'Abbasi Khulafa'a (particularly al-Mansur and al-Ma'mun), an enormous amount of effort was invested in preparing and translating scientific works. The translators belonged to different ethnic and religious groups. For instance, Naubakht was of Persian origin. Muhammad ibn Ibrahim al-Fazari was an Arab. Hunain ibn Ishaq was a Nestorian Christian.
Muslim scientists recognized the physical/qualitative and the mathematical/quantitative aspects of science. For instance, Ibn Khurdadhbeh determined the latitudes and longitudes of various places in the Muslim world. Al-Biruni ascertained the specific gravity of a number of substances.
Islam also has had a lasting influence in the field of medicine. For example, Ibn Sina (known in the West as Avicenna) is renowned as one of the greatest thinkers and medical scholars in history. His most important medical works were the Qanun (Canon) and a treatise on Cardiac drugs. Under the leadership of Banu 'Umayyah, the Muslims developed the institution of hospitals. During the time of the Khalifah Harun al-Rasheed, a hospital was built in Baghdad, which was the first in the history of the city. Many new hospitals were established shortly afterwards. Some of them had their own gardens in which medicinal plants were cultivated. The larger hospitals had medical schools attached to them.
Under Islamic rule, scientists did not leave their discoveries to exist in textbooks only, but also applied them to reality. They observed the stars, and prepared star maps for navigational purposes. Ibn Yunus made use of the pendulum for the measurement of time. Ibn Sina used air thermometers to measure air temperature. Paper, compass, gunpowder, inorganic acids and alkaline bases are some of the most important examples of scientific and technological developments of Muslim scientists, which brought about an unprecedented revolution in human technological progress.
Muslim scientists made algebra a permanent branch of mathematics. The word 'algebra' is derived from its original Arabic root "Jabr". Muslim scientists also evolved plane and spherical trigonometry, and applied it to astronomy.
The numerous Arabic words and scientific terms currently being used in European languages are living monuments of the Islamic State's contributions to modern science. Some examples of words derived from Arabic include:
• "cipher" (English) and "chiffre" (French), derived from the Arabic word "sifr" (meaning empty or nil), describing a number written at the right of another numeral to increase its value ten times,
• "alkali" in chemical terminology, used for particular substance which produces a salt when combined with an acid, is a modified form of the Arabic word "al-qali"
• "squadron" (English) and "escadre" (French) for a section of armed forces, were derived from the Arabic word "'askariyyah" used in the same sense,
• "admiral" is derived from "amir al-rahl".
Islamic Science: Celebrating our Islamic Heritage
When reviewing these achievements we should be careful to ensure that they are attributed to Islam and not a particular race. Often Orientalists attempt to paint such achievements as "Arab". The reality is that they occurred under the implementation of Islam. Consequently, we as an Ummah should recognize these achievements as part of our Islamic heritage and not as the achievements of a race or a particular nation-state.
Khilafah: Key to Scientific Advancement
Another important issue to remember is the role that the implementation of Islam plays in attaining such achievements in the fields of technology and science. The West often attempts to gloss over the role that the Islamic Aqeedah played in the governance of society in an attempt to sell secularism to the Muslim Ummah. Europe resorted to secularism due to the harsh reaction of the Church to science. However, the revelation of Allah سبحانه وتعالى does not contradict reality and therefore it was able to motivate Muslims to excel in the fields of science and technology.
As a result, the Khulafaa' were big supporters of science and technology. The development of naval technology was launched during the Khilafah of 'Umar ibn al-Khattab (ra). The Khalifah Harun al-Rashid gave a clock as a gift to Charlemagne (Christian Emperor of Rome) to demonstrate the level of expertise that the Islamic State had in the field of science.
We should also recognize that science and technology are not ends in and of themselves, but that they are only tools to be used to accomplish the objectives of the Aqeedah of one's civilization. For example, the West excelled in technology, but it has failed to eliminate global poverty. However, this is due to the fact that Capitalism has no vision for society. Its main objective is to allow man to pursue his desires as he sees fit. Therefore, we have mp3 music players, flat panel TVs, nuclear weapons - and over a billion people living on less than $1 a day. Islam, on the other hand, uses science and technology to serve Allah سبحانه وتعالى and the objectives that He has laid down for us in the Shariah. For example, hospitals in the Islamic State are built for all - regardless of whether the patient is rich or poor.

economic collapse & the world war

The world economy is on the brink of a crisis that will end modern civilization as we know it.
Nations, or I should say banking colonies, will collapse left and right. global poverty and unemployment rates have risen to levels that are socially and economically unmanageable under the current global financial, political, and bureaucratic system which favours the few at the expense of the many.
It is fitting that the collapse of Western Civilization is beginning in its ancient cradle, Greece. This great nation has fallen to the banksters who are behind the despotic new world order.
In the article, “Art Cashin: Beware The Ides Of March–Or Maybe A Few Days Later,” journalist Gus Lubin says that global investors are expecting a structured default to take place in Greece on March 20.
Some people believe a Greek default and a collapsing global economy is a good and beneficial development for the planet, especially anti-growth radicals in elite and new age circles who are committed to the view that the planet is under attack from economic development and modern industrialization.
They don’t mind seeing nations like Greece go under. They justify their economic warfare and financial looting by saying the destruction of national economies is done for the sake of the environment. But the real reason for bankrupting nations such as Greece and America is to consolidate political power and create a global authoritarian police state.
Nations that are not in the Banksters’ sphere of political and economic influence like Libya are overthrown and bombed, and nations that are like America are pillaged and burned to the point of collapse.
Engineering A “Clash of Civilizations” To Destroy The global economy, Save The Environment, Reduce The World Population, And Maintain The Global Status Quo
The anti-growth Western elites want a third world war erupt in the Middle East, with Israel and the forces of the West on one side, and Iran and the forces of Islam on the other side. They believe that the world economy is a threat to the global environment and that creating a divine “Clash of Civilizations” is a solution to this mega problem because it will lead to a catastrophic world war and the destruction of the world economy.
This “Clash of Civilizations” has been set up between the West and Islam in such a way that both civilizations will be destroyed by the end of the epic struggle, and pave the way for a new, global, post-industrial civilization to emerge out of the shadows and out of the ruins.
But in order for there to be a mythical “Clash of Civilizations,” the globalists in Washington must first create the Islamic Ummah, with Islamic fundamentalists in power throughout the Middle East, Central Asia, and North Africa, from Egypt to Iran, Libya to Afghanistan.
The process of Islamisation is not spontaneous, but generated by British and American intelligence agencies. Their aim is to put culturally backward and power-hungry theocratic thieves in charge in Muslim societies, rather than allow secular and nationalist democracies to develop and modernize the Islamic world.
Any prominent Muslim leader in the Middle East who is against the forces of Islamic fundamentalism, and who has the power to shift Western popular perceptions about the East, is pushed out of the picture by the globalist owned CIA and MI6. This is what happened to the legendary Afghan Mujahideen commander ahmad shah masoud, who was planning a democratic future for his war-torn country but was murdered by CIA trained Al-Qaeda terrorists on September 9, 2001.
Massoud was a real warrior and heroic revolutionary, unlike the villainous snake and coward Khomeini, who was supported by the MI6 and CIA.
What occupies the minds of the Illuminati elites in America, England, Israel, and Iran is creating a global dictatorship out of the fires of the coming great clash between the two worlds, not the survival of the countries that they rule over.
The belief that America’s rulers won’t let Iran close the strait of hormuz because that act would turn off the world economy implies that America’s rulers actually care about the world economy. But they don’t. They want America’s economy and the world economy to collapse. Privately, they will welcome a closure of the strait of hormuz, but publicly they’ll scream like crazy and pretend to defend the interests of the world economy.
Also, the belief that Iran won’t use all its means to shut down the Strait of Hormuz because that would be an act of national suicide is grounded in the false understanding of the Islamic Republic of Iran’s goals and methods.
The roots of the regime are in shadowy soil of Western intelligence agencies. The shadow CIA and shadow Mossad have cooperated with Islamist fanatics in Iran since 1953 when they were called on to agitate in the streets against the democratically elected government of Mohammad Mosaddegh.
When the Shah’s time had come to an end in 1979, the CIA and MI6 manipulators brought in the same Islamic fundamentalists to rule Iran for them while posing on the wold stage as antagonistic and ideological rivals. Khomeini’s rise to power as Iran’s Supreme Leader assured the success of the Globalist/illuminati agenda.

The elite magicians of the West have a long view of history. They knew the Soviet Union would fall one day so they made preparations for that event in the geopolitical and ideological terrain.
It was no accident that after the collapse of the Soviet Union, Islamic fundamentalism as represented by Iran and international terrorism as represented by various Islamic groups came to replace the Soviet Union as “The Enemy.”
Totalitarian States Are At War, Not Nations And Peoples
On Friday, February 3, 2012, Washington’s Blog wrote in a headline: “Less than One-Fifth of All Americans Favor Military or Covert Action Against Iran … Less than Half of Israelis Want to Attack Iran, and 65% Want the Entire Middle East – Including Israel – to be a Nuclear-Free Zone.”
The people of America, Israel, and Iran are sick and tired of wars. Without false flag attacks like 9/11 and ritualistic chants like “Death to America,” the fever of war would not exist.
In the current state of human affairs, the totalitarian doctors of the Total War State first spread the fever of war throughout society and then they sell the medicine. It is an evil, barbaric, and psychopathic practice.
Crooked elites want wars for obvious reasons. War gives them extra powers and extra profits, and keeps the people off their backs. War means chaos, and chaos leads to control. Chaos is the name of the age-old political game.
As the totalitarian guardians of Iran’s destiny, the Mullahs have imbued Iran with a sense of historic mission and grand purpose. They have done this not for the good of Iran or for the good of Islam, but for the good of their masonic and globalist masters. The top Mullahs are not interested in preserving Iran’s security and survival, but in fulfilling the wishes of the men who put them in power in the first place.
Iran, like Israel, has been chosen to be a nation of sacrifice with war on its national mind and hatred pierced in its heart like a spiritual tattoo. There is no authentic and free political culture in Iran and Israel in any real sense because their rulers are totalitarian myth-makers and sociopathic criminals who do not separate the boundaries between society and the state.
“Culture for the modern totalitarian state,” wrote Historian Georg G. Iggers in his 1958 book the cult of authority “is a matter of political control. Learning, the arts, and the sciences, have always been subsidized by governments in Western Civilization and authoritarian states have often proscribed heterodox political or religious ideas. But the conception of the arts and sciences as tools of the state, subject to close political guidance, is a product of our century.” (Iggers, The Cult of Authority. Martinus Nijhoff: The Hague, Netherlands. 1958. pg. 158).
Iran and Israel are large mythical and totalitarian factories that are producing brainwashed martyrs and fighters for a cosmic and divine war. They are not countries with a future, but graveyards in the making.
In his speeches to Iranian Revolutionary Guards, Basij, and other soldiers/slaves of Iran’s military, such as this one, Supreme Leader Khamenei always reinforces the spiritual nature of the coming clash between Iran and America/Israel. The Mullahs’ hardcore spiritual strategy is manipulative in nature because they do not have in mind the best interests of the Iranian people and the Iranian martyrs.
But it is not only Iran that has been hijacked and betrayed by evil totalitarian myth-makers. America and Israel have been hijacked and betrayed as well.
The people and soldiers of America, Israel, Iran, and other nations that are set to participate in this staged world war are victims of mass mind control and sacrificial lambs.
george washington said it best: “If the freedom of speech is taken away then dumb and silent we may be led, like sheep to the slaughter.”
SAMAN MOHAMMADI.
